My go to place for automobile service. I recently bought a new vehicle from Boucher Chevrolet, and it was a very smooth and well explained experience. I worked with Giovanni Raimondi, who did an excellent job explaining to me important info before each step in the process. Giovanni was very open to working with me in the scope of the type of vehicle I wanted, and the price I was looking for. I was also in between cars at the time, and Giovanni was really gracious in making sure I had a lift to and from the dealership while working with him to find and buy my new vehicle. I worked with Ruben Lechuga in Finance at the end of the process. Ruben was really great in listening to what my interests and limits were with finalizing the financing of my new vehicle. I really appreciated that as well. I've been getting automotive service with Boucher Chevrolet for years, and I've always had a very nice and professional experience with their Service Department, usually working with Morry Decker and Michael Wichgers. In this case Morry Decker put the word in to sales that I was looking for a new vehicle, and he set up a shuttle to come pick me up to start car shopping at Boucher Chevrolet. Special thanks to Giovanni Raimondi in being a great guide and sales consultant in this process!

Had to take my truck I. For transmission service four times in three months. Every time I got it back there was something else different that was immediately wrong. Had to work with the busiest representative there while all other service representatives sat around doing nothing. I had to call towards the end of the day each time to see if the vehicle was ready to pick up. Never got a call saying it was ready.

Just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Silverado from Kayon and Frank Boucher. Came in on a Saturday 10 minutes before close to test drive. Kayon was more than willing to stick around, go on the test drive, and they even let us make sure the truck would fit in our garage. Had the deal done first thing Monday and Ruben came through with a seamless purchase experience as well. Best experience I've had in a dealership in the area, and the best I've had in years. Would definitely recommend!
