GET TO KNOW THE 2023 XT5 TRIM LEVELS

It is a midsize luxury SUV with an affordable price tag, especially when compared to its competitors. Buyers can expect to see new exterior color choices for the 2023 model year. They will also have three trim levels from which they can choose: Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport.

CADILLAC XT5 LUXURY

The base trim level is the Luxury trim, and it starts at around $44,195. It comes with a turbo inline-4 and 9-speed transmission. You can upgrade to AWD at an additional cost. It has an easy-to-use infotainment system that comes with an 8-inch touchscreen. The XT5 offers wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth, a hot spot, satellite radio, and four USB ports.

The Luxury trim level comes with faux leather seats, heated front seats, power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone climate control, and a power liftgate. In addition, Cadillac offers the Smart System, which is a group of safety features. Safety features include lane keep assist, automatic emergency braking, and lane departure warning.

You can upgrade to the Radiant Package or Onyx Package to change the exterior look. You can expect about 22 miles per gallon in the city and 29 on the highway.

CADILLAC XT5 PREMIUM LUXURY

The middle of the road trim level is the Premium Luxury which starts at around $49,995. You can expect to see all the standard features of the Luxury trim but with extra luxury. First up is you get two engine choices. You can select the turbo inline or an optional V6. The V6 has 310 horsepower. It’s available in FWD or AWD.

Additional items you will find in the trim include blind spot monitoring, navigation, rear cross-traffic alert, a hands-free liftgate, a dual-pane sunroof, and a heated steering wheel. With the trim level, you can expect about 19 miles per gallon in the city and 26 on the highway.
The Platinum Package is available on this trim. It gives you a leather-wrapped dashboard, suedes microfiber headliners, performance-tuned suspension, and semi-aniline leather. You can also add on the Driver Assistance Package to give yourself adaptive cruise control, seat belt tightening, and reverse automatic braking.

CADILLAC XT5 SPORT

The top-of-the-line trim level is the Sport. It starts at around $57,095. The V6 and AWD are standard at this level. This is the only trim where they are a standard option. While it’s a significant price jump, you may just find that it’s worth it. The XT5 Sport has a chassis-damping control, a sport-tuned suspension, and larger front Brembo brakes with red-painted calipers. The XT5 Sport brings a performance suspension to make it more agile during cornering. It includes a gloss-black exterior trim on the front grille, the roof rack, and surrounding the side windows.

The Platinum Package and Driver Assist Package are standard options for this trim. In addition, you can upgrade with the Technology Package. The Tech Package gives you a rear camera mirror, a digital gauge display, a head-up instrument display, rear pedestrian detection, a surround-view camera, and an automatic parking assist.
